"Just do it!"

If you don’t know the name of Roxsanne Mathena ... well, you should! She’s a 17 year veteran of the sport, one of those hard-working women who are the backbone of ladies wrestling. While still a teenager, the Hollywood, California native came East to seek out one of pro wrestling’s most flamboyant legends, Jimmy ‘Boogie Woogie Man’ Valiant himself, to teach her the art of wrestling.

In the years since, she’s proven to be a mainstay of the Mid-Atlantic independent scene. Unsung for her efforts for far too long, LadySports is very happy to help introduce “Foxy Roxy” to a larger audience!
