And if pro wrestling truly is grand theater, she's got that covered as well, because she's also a professional dancer and actress! LadySports Online is proud to introduce to fans worldwide the one and only Genni Right!

LADYSPORTS: Welcome, Genni! When did you first get into the sport?
GENNI RIGHT: July 6, 2006.

LS: And who trained you?
GR: Maddog Dan Sawyer.

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?
GR: Rey Mysterio and Sting.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?
GR: I like softball, baseball and football.

LS: How would you describe yourself in terms of attitude, personality, likes, dislikes, and strengths?
GR: I'm a very energectic, goofy, playful person, but I also know when to be professional. I hate two-faced people and liars. I love animals, the outdoors and anything active. I hate sitting still... I would much rather be doing something.

LS: What is your most marked characteristic as a wrestler?
GR: My flexibility and the dance moves I've made into wrestling moves.

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
GR: Abs, and cardio... even though I hate it... are most important. My workout depends on the day. I usually break my workout down into lower body and upper body. Squats are extremely important also.

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
GR: I'm technical, but I will add some flare to things. I use my flexibility to my advantage.

LS: What moves are you best known for? A: I drop down into the splits and hit a drop toe hold my opponent. Plus, I do the Matrix, monkey flip, and slide through the legs into a Boston Crab.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?
GR: Knock on wood, I haven't been injured during a match. At training? Well I have my fair share of strained muscles and other random things that are just a part of it all.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
GR: Wild Thing Will Owens and Melissa Coates.

LS: Who are your allies?
GR: Inhuman Fly when I'm a face, and Maddog Dan Sawyer for when I'm a heel.

LS: What has been your most memorable win?
GR: My first one over Will Owens.

LS: What was your worst loss?
GR: Melissa Coates I'll admit it, she beat the crap out of me!

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?
GR: There are too many to list!

LS: What type of match do you enjoy the most?
GR: One-on-one... and tags are fun, too.

LS: What sort of reactions do you get from people when they learn you are a wrestler?
GR: "Really? But you're so small!" and "That's awesome! Will you wrestle me?"

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?
GR: Everything, really. But I think one of the best feelings in the world is when the fans enjoy your match and the little kids are going crazy, whether you're a good girl or bad girl in the match.

LS: What are your fans like?
GR: They range from young to old, male and female.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
GR: Make sure all girls who get into the business are fully trained! None of this ‘I'm just here to look pretty' crap.

LS: Where have you wrestled, and what titles have you held? A: No titles yet. I have wrestled in Alabama and Tennessee, and soon in Mississippi and Georgia.

LS: What are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?
GR: I think it's great as long as they're here for the right reasons. But they need to realize it is tough for a woman. They just need to prepare for a bumpy road.

LS: Any regrets?
GR: None.

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
GR: Well, I would be acting and dancing... which I already do!

LS: What is your personal motto?
GR: Never settle for less or you will be less than what you could have become.

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
GR: Wrestling, dancing and acting, and of course my family and friends.

LS: Anything else you'd like to add?
GR: If there is ever anything you want to do in this life, just do it... don't let anybody tell you that you can't.
