LadySports - PGWA - Tasha Simone Update

Simone Returns to Ring
L'Vinn Injured!

TASHA recovers - Pippa out of action

Good news and bad news... the bad first...

PIPPA L'VINN ON THE DISABLED LIST!

British Wrestler Receiving Medical Treatment

PGWA Champion Pippa L'Vinn, a native of Manchester, England, is taking a medical leave of absence from the ring for an undetermined length of time. According to Pippa, she had been enduring increasing pain in one of her arms over a period of time. She finally made an appointment with a physician last week and underwent a medical evaluation. The initial diagnosis is that there is an injury to a nerve running up her spine to her neck. The area is inflamed, and the result has been a great deal of pain.

L'Vinn, under the supervision of doctors, has begun physical therapy treatments, scheduled for three times a week. In addition, she is performing a series of exercises at home to help in alleviating her condition.

LadySports Online will keep in close contact with Pippa and keep the fans informed of her recovery. She is expecting to make good progress, and there is every hope that she will be able to return to the ring before long. As the PGWA Champion, L'Vinn is not required to defend the belt within a specified span of time, so she will be allowed to retain the title for now. Once her physicians have had the chance to make a full analysis of her recovery, and decisions are made regarding when and if she can return to wrestling, the PGWA will take into consideration her status as champion.

Please keep the Champ in your thoughts with hopes for a speedy recovery!

but on a brigher note...

TASHA SIMONE IS WRESTLING AGAIN...

"I just want to let everyone know that I have been cleared by my doctor to start wrestling again. I wrestled my first match last night, and I feel great. As a matter of fact, I feel like I never had an injury. Thank you to Ladysports, all of the fans, and a young lady who has been training really hard to kick my tail, Venus, for all of the well wishes, prayers, and blessings, as well as one Cajun Lady that can work a mojo bag.. Your well wishes must have worked, because I was released by my doctor two and half weeks earlier than I was supposed to be. Again, thank you for all the well wishes."

Love, Peace and Pain,
Tasha Simone
