Recently, a ravishing redhead named Lucky O'Shea made her PGWA debut, and she promises to make a big splash in the organization in the months to come. It's our pleasure now to introduce to LadySports fans worldwide the one and only Miss Lucky O'Shea!

LADYSPORTS: Welcome to LadySports, Lucky. When did you first get into the sport?
LUCKY O'SHEA
ND:
When I was 15 years old.

LS: Who trained you?
LO'S: I have been blessed. I have trained with so many wonderful trainers. I started with Ric Drasin's school in Van Nuys, California, then went to the Santino Bros. school in Los Angeles CA, then became a steady student at EWF Jesse Hernandez school of Hard Knocks in San Bernardino, where I was trained by Jesse Hernandez and TJ Perkins. In 2008 I made my way to FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling), the WWE developmental school in Tampa. There, I trained with Norman Smiley and Steve Kiern. After FCW I trained with I Believe Pro Wrestling in Orlando, with Chaysen Rance. I moved back to California in late 2010 and began training at Mach1 Pro Wrestling in Anaheim with Joey Ryan. Along with every school, I have had private training with TJ Perkins.

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?
LO'S: I grew up watching wrestling. I had always thought I could do it with my gymnastics and athletic background. One day I was dared to find a wrestling school at the bright young age of 15. SOOOOO…I did and loved it.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?
LO'S: Cheerleading, baseball, soccer and hockey.

LS: How would you describe yourself in terms of attitude, personality, likes, dislikes, and strengths?
LO'S: I have a very nice personality. I'm very caring to those who are close to me. I seem mean at first look, but don't let it affect you…ha ha! I like people who are patient, kind, and not stuck up. I dislike BAD smells, bad attitudes, and most girls who think they rule the world. My strengths are I am a quick thinker and I have a mind of my own.

LS: What is your most marked characteristic as a wrestler?
LO'S: My pale skin & red hair. AND maybe my in-ring screams. Ha!

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
LO'S: I'm a huge believer in loving your body and treat it as your temple. I always go to the gym, even if it's just for light yoga or light cardio. I don't over work myself…I listen to my body, so heavy weights are not my thing. My training always changes, but I guess an average day is morning yoga and afternoon pilates or cardio of some kind. Wrestling training never ends when I leave the ring, I constantly watch videos to brush up on new moves, etc.

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
LO'S: Hmmmm…well, that's a toughy. I have been trained to do every style possible. I can do Lucha, I'm decent at technical wrestling. You want hard style, I'll give you that too! So, I guess ‘well-rounded' is my ring style.

LS: What moves are you best known for?
LO'S: My fancy Lucha Libre offense.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?
LO'S: YES! Many times. I spent six months out with a back injury, and recently three months out with a knee injury.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
LO'S: Ummm…Amanda, because she REALLY brings it on in the ring. She hits hard and runs hard…it's really fun working with her because I always know she will give me a tough match, where I've really gotta work hard.

LS: Who are your allies?
LO'S: My assistant, who is SOON to be announced on NWA Hollywood TV, Channel 56 KDOC.

LS: What has been your most memorable win?
LO'S: Beating Rachel Summerlyn, only because her reaction after was so funny.

LS: What was your worst loss?
LO'S: Buggy, because the ref totally cheated…favors were being handed out, I suspect.

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?
LO'S: Allison Danger or Sarah Del Rey.

LS: What type of match do you enjoy the most?
LO'S: Quick, fast paced

LS: What sort of reactions do you get from people when they learn you are a wrestler?
LO'S: "Mud wrestling???"....my answer back: " No, that's not REAL pro wrestling."

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?
LO'S: The fact that I've learned so much about myself and others.

LS: What are your fans like?
LO'S: Ha ha…oh, they love me! I have loyal fans who even love me when I'm mean.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
LO'S: GET RID OF THE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T DO IT! No one should get an easy pass. NO ONE.

LS: Where have you wrestled, and what titles have you held?
LO'S: I have wrestling for many companies. Off the top of my head, the most notable include NWA HOLLYWOOD, EWF, AWS, DMW, DPW, ACW, FCW, LLV, BTW, NWPW, Believe, MACH1, Lucha Pro, RIOT, Pappi Pineda shows, and WILD, plus random small indie promotions thoughout Georgia, South and North Carolina, and the Midwest. I have held the WILD Women's Champion belt.

LS: What are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?
LO'S: I think women can do it. They just have to be serious and willing to work hard.

LS: What was your most unforgettable moment in the sport?
LO'S: The drive to Florida when I was about the start FCW.

LS: Any regrets?
LO'S: Yes, I regret not working harder while I had big chances to do big things. But that comes with maturity. I have had awesome chances and blew them because mentally I wasn't ready.

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
LO'S: What I do now: Model, Act, And work at a job I love. Yes, wrestling is not my full time job. Ha ha!

LS: Do you have a personal motto?
LO'S: 'Never Let words of others get the better of you'.

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
LO'S: To be successful in every aspect of my life.

LS: Anything else you'd like to add?
LO'S: I am so thankful for my chance to work with LadySports. I look forward to entertaining ALL of the fans very very soon, and working hard to climb the ladder. Much LOVE to you all!
