Name: Kylie Pierce
Hailing from: The Hamptons
Height: 5'6"
Weight: I'm a lady... you're not supposed to ask ladies that.
Eyes: The most incredible combination of every eye color -- you can't buy contacts like this!
Hair: A stunningly gorgeous hue of chestnut brown.
Date of Birth: November 6th, but I accept gifts year-round

LADYSPORTS: When did you start wrestling? KYLIE PIERCE: I was spending the night at my best friend's house one night in 2000 (I was 14) and she basically made me watch it. After a while, I really started getting into it once things were explained to me. Ironically, a few months later she stopped watching wrestling completely.
In 2002 I found a local wrestling school that held all day try-out camps during the summer. I went to two of them and loved it. From there I scraped up the money to train.

LS: What and/or who influenced you most to wrestle?
KP: I didn't really have an influence to become one. At the time when I first was considering wrestling, I really loved the novelty of the sport and the constant challenge of it. The fact that you can never stop learning in this business ,and the fact that it involves soooo many different jobs, was really intriguing.

LS: How has wrestling changed your life? What is so special about this sport to you?
KP: It's a whole lifestyle: the way we think, act, eat, travel…the list goes on and on. The people who are really into it, give their heart and soul. Pretty soon, every thought revolves around it, and that's okay. There's hundreds of completely different jobs that are related to wrestling that people can stay involved with. Even when you physically can't compete anymore, you can always stay connected if you want. It's really given me a drive in life and I truly can't imagine my life without it.

LS: What other sports or hobbies do you have an interest in?
KP: I did a little field hockey in high school, but really wasn't fond of it. I also managed my high school's wrestling team for three years, since they didn't let girls on the team. I fell in love with that style of wrestling as well.

LS: What would you do to make the sport better?
KP: I'd regulate how many independent federations…and wrestling schools…there are out there. Untrained people put on completely horrible shows which just embarrass the sport and embarrass the people who have worked so hard in the past to make wrestling the great sport that it was.

LS: What are your favorite foods, music, clothes, cars etc.?
KP: I have a lot of favorite foods: Grandma's banana pudding, Grandma's stuffing, steamed shrimp, oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies that my mom makes. Favorite music: typically if it's cheesy and from the 70s/80s, I'll like it. I like a lot of the infomercials from Time-Life from the 70s and 80s and will watch it and sing the whole thing every time I see it on! I don't have favorite clothes nor cars. Favorite color is white. Favorite style of wrestling: anything from the 1980s and before.

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
KP: That would be if I could be involved with wrestling, making enough money to support myself and my family.

LS: Who and what are your fans like?
KP: Who are my fans? That's kind of hard to say; they come from so many different backgrounds and styles. But they're great! Always a pleasure to meet them, and I try to fulfill their requests to the best of my ability. Truly, it's a pleasure to be around them. They always puts a smile on my face.

LS: Describe a typical day of wrestling training for you? What is most important and what are the things you train on most?
KP: The mental part of training is the most important to me. I need to understand why I'm doing something, rather than feel like I'm playing "Follow the Leader" for no reason, so I always need really patient trainers. And if my muscles are sore all over the following day, then that means I worked hard and had a good day at the "office".

LS: What are your best holds, pins, moves? What are you best known for doing?
KP: I'm always changing up my moves, so I don't really have many signature moves. But I do love using uncommon pins, such as the Mousetrap Pin.

LS: What was the worst you have ever been hurt in training or a match.
KP: Gosh! Fractured my spine, broke my jaw, fractured my sternum...One day I even lost all of my eyelashes on one eye! I looked like an alien, ha ha. Bumps and bruises are very common each week for me. But nothing serious enough that could keep me away from coming back to the ring!

LS: Where have you wrestled? What titles have you held?
KP: So far, I've wrestled in MD, PA, NJ, WV, DE, SC, TN, AL, GA. I'm really looking forward to more opportunities opening up in the future! I've held the EWA Tag Belts with Fate, my tag partner.

LS: What comments or reaction do you get from others about being a wrestler.
KP: It's really funny. Everyone is shocked and extremely curious when they hear about it. They always have a ton of questions, so it's really fun to answer for them.

LS: In your opinion, what are your thoughts on women participating in the sport?
KP: To the women who take time to train hard, I respect them so much! They're the girls I look forward to working with and I'd be truly happy if they made a big name for themselves! There are a lot of girls who hop in the ring…strippers and 'divas' and whatnot…who make me so angry. They have no respect for the sport and will most likely hurt themselves and others while they're in there. I understand that there is a market for that type of entertainment, but they belong on adult shows, not ordinary wrestling shows.

LS: What is your greatest regret?
KP: I don't have any! I'm loving the way things have been working out so far. Aside from the broken bones, I really feel so lucky. Everything that has happened in wrestling has ended up leading to something even bigger, so I'm very optimistic about the future.

LS: What is your personal motto?
KP: I have to agree with a lot of people in wrestling who say that you can never stop learning! I am always so eager to understand more.

LS: What is your most memorable moment?
KP: Getting beat up by Sherri Martel. As a woman in the business, she was absolutely incredible!

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
KP: If I couldn't actually wrestle, believe me, I'd definitely still be involved big time!!! I love learning about every single aspect even vaguely related to wrestling! So no matter what, I'm always going to be around.…

LS: How would you describe yourself? ... Attitude, personality, likes, dislikes, strength?
KP: Hard question. So many directions to go with that.... Um, I would say I'm passionate. Determined. Friendly. Helpful. Responsible. LOVE wrestling! Love traveling. Love my family. Have some GREAT friends!

LS: Other comments or information you might want to add?
KP: I always say it takes a village to raise a child. With that said, some of the people I have been fortunate enough to train with regularly are Terry Taylor, Chris Hero, Mike Quackenbush, Ruckus, Derek Fraizer, DJ Hyde, Sabian... gosh, I could go on forever! I've had some strong competition in my matches; girls like Gail Kim, Daizee Haze, April Hunter, Sumie Sakai. And even some guys: Derek Fraizer, Jon Dahmer...
