Saturday the 17th of 2010 was a momentous day for the young WXCW organization.
For one thing, that was the day the groups debuted its first card in Nashville, Tennessee...
one of the great Mecca’s of Professional Wrestling. Additionally, for this event, the WXCW
had fully partnered with LadySports.com to help ensure a night of quality Women’s Pro Wrestling
for the fans!
Match 1: Brittany Force & Debella versus Jessica Wetmore & Fantasy
What an exciting, competitive tag match it was from bell to bell! Just when Wetmore and Fantasy thought
they had the job done, Force and Debella came out of nowhere with double Sunset Flips and School Girl Pins to win!
Match 2: Sin-D versus Nemesis
There was no doubt about it, this match was full of intensity! Nemesis has quite the size advantage over Sin-D, but Sin-D gave it her all. Sin-D started to get the best of Nemesis until she received a combination of strikes (elbow to head, throat thrust and a hard kick to the stomach), then Nemesis topped it all off with a devastating DDT to put Sin-D down for the count.
Match 3: Angel Dust versus Amanda Ruffen
A lot of folks are calling this bout "The match of the night"! The two young, technical competitors were both on top of their games.
Ruffen sat Angel Dust on the top turnbuckle, threw a few punches, only to get blocked by Angel Dust's quick reflexes. Angel Dust
came of the top rope and landed on Ruffen's shoulders, then flipped her inside out with a Victory Roll-up!
Match 4: Miss Rachel versus Camron Star w/ K9 Kohl
These two are no strangers to each other. British sensation Miss Rachel had intentions on getting a clean win over the
rulebreaking Camron Star, and did just that when she delivered her favorite combo finisher, the Pandora Splash and a Fisherman
Suplex!
Match 5: Hecate versus Jessie Bell
The newest addition to the WXCW & PGWA families proved that she deserves a spot on the rosters when she gave the mysterious
Hecate a pure wrestling lesson! Jessie Bell ultimately got the win with a backslide.
Match 6: Christie Ricci versus Tiffany Roxx
Christie Ricci made an outstanding WXCW debut and PGWA return in this one! Tiffany Roxx, anxious for the notoriety, tried
her best to end her opponent's career, but despite her best efforts, she fell short. Christie gained the win after applying
one of her signature moves, Ricci’s Ride.
Match 7: Tracy Taylor versus Tasha Simone
The hype alone was a hint that this match would be a barn burner: PGWA Champion -vs- WXCW Champion... Hawaiian Beach
Bunny -vs- Queen of Mean... Island Heart -vs- Southern Fire!!! The bell rung and the action started... the match was nothing
but pure wrestling from hold to hold. The last few minutes of this bout had people standing on their feet in anticipation,
knowing that when one of these two great women finally seized the victory, she would walk out of the ring with TWO straps of
leather and gold! Tracy Taylor narrowly got the win with a Jackknife Pin, but victory really came down to the last few moments
of this epic battle!
