LadySports ::: Q & A: DECEMBER

LADYSPORTS SPOTLIGHT: DECEMBER

“I wanted to have the fun that all the guys were having!”

Like the month she is named for, this December can combine the sweet with the bitter... often from one moment to the next. Her vanity seems to know no bounds... and yet she’s unafraid to risk those prom queen looks in a knock-down donnybrook! Her self-congratulatory braggadocio would be insufferable, but for the fact that she really is that damned good in the ring. One thing’s for sure... this cheerleader is happiest when all eyes are on her, and LadySports Online is pleased to open the eyes of fans worldwide to the rising young star!

THE STATS:

Name: December

Height: 5 feet 2 inches

Weight: 126 pounds

Hair: The prettiest you will ever see... oh, what color? Beautiful brown.

Hometown: Aspen, Colorado by way of Chicago, Illinois

LADYSPORTS: Welcome to LadySports, December!
DECEMBER: Hi! Thank you very much for having me!

LS: When did you first become interested in pro wrestling?
D: I started watching it when I was eleven. I saw how Sting captivated the audience when he was up on the rafters. He had me in the palm of his hand! I became addicted to wrestling right away. But I wondered why there weren't too many women wrestlers, so I made a note to become a wrestler. I wanted to have the fun that all the guys were having!

LS: Who have been your biggest ongoing inspirations to be a wrestler?
D: Growing up, I really liked Sting, Diamond Dallas Page, and Saturn. Recently I've been watching Finlay, William Regal, Chris Jericho and of course Melina, Mickie James, Lita, and Trish Stratus. These women especially have been changing wrestling for the better, in my opinion. They're beautiful and they can really wrestle.

LS: What is December like in the ring, personality-wise?
D: Bratty, vain, obnoxious, loud, attention-hungry, and conniving. Did I mention my anger-induced temper tantrums?

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
D: I'm perfect! I pay my maid to run the treadmill for me. I do have a personal gym in my basement, though. I like working on my abs the most.

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
D: Ground and pound!

LS: What moves are you best known for?
D: My "1st and Ten" elbow, a cartwheel into a leg drop, a double knee-lift to the face ("Frostbite"), and a reverse jawbreaker ("The Cold Shoulder"). I also tend to pull my opponent's hair and choke them on the ropes, but if the ref didn't see it, then it didn't happen.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
D: I've met some pretty tough ladies... Kimberly Kash, The Great Cheyenne, Camron Star, and Juliet the Huntress. Juliet and I have battled the most, and she's as tough as my perfectly polished nails.

LS: And who have been your biggest allies?
D: I only trust the Captain of the Football Team: Joe Heisman.

LS: What has been your most memorable win?
D: Probably Pro Championship Wrestling's ‘Forever Flair’ in Oak Lawn, Illinois. I wrestled Kimberly Kash for the PCW Women's Championship. Joe Heisman was on hand to make sure things went my way. I went into a guardrail, but that didn't stop me from getting back MY belt.

LS: What was your worst loss?
D: Are you suggesting that I lose?

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?
D: Melina. That would be interesting... she's very impressive.

LS: And if you had to retire tomorrow and could have only one more match, who would you most like to wrestle?
D: Juliet the Huntress. We have a score to settle.

LS: What is your favorite style of match?
D: Singles, where I am the center of attention.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
D: Hmmm... I do my part to keep kayfabe alive. I would ask others to do the same.

LS: Any regrets?
D: No. I don't believe in looking back and dwelling on what could have been. I think we should learn from our mistakes and drive on.

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
D: Be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, of course!

LS: What is your personal motto?
D: "It keeps getting better!" It lets me know that the best is yet to come, and to keep my chin up when times get rough!

LS: And lastly, what's the one thing about you the fans would be most surprised to learn?
D: I can do one-handed push-ups! Some of the wrestlers have seen me do it, and they were shocked!

LS: Thanks for speaking with us, December. Anything else you'd like to add?
D: Yeah... you guys are awesome, and thanks so much! YAY, PGWA LadySports!! Also, check out www.pcwwrestling.net for all of your December needs!
