LADYSPORTS: Welcome to LadySports, Daysie! When did you first get into the sport?
I’ve loved wrestling since I was 9, but I started training in April of 2015.

LS: And who trained you?
DD: Mr. #1 George South, Caleb Konley, and Cedric Alexander!

LS: What was your biggest influence to become a wrestler?
DD: Trish Stratus and the Undertaker.

LS: What other sports do you have an interest in?
DD: I love volleyball and competitive cheerleading (YES! It’s a sport!).

LS: How would you describe yourself in terms of attitude, personality, likes, dislikes, and strengths?
DD: I’m really nice and easy to talk to, I’m pretty fun! I like to talk about food (I love French fries and Oreos!), I don’t like mean people/people who like to tear down others for fun.

LS: Describe a typical day of training for you. What is most important in your workout?
DD: I like to go to the gym after I’ve had breakfast and then in the evening I go to training at 6pm until 9pm. I need to make sure I have had something that’ll give me energy, like fruit or a protein bar, something!

LS: How would you best describe your ring style?
DD: I’m a firecracker! Lots of kicks and flips!

LS: What moves are you best known for?
DD: My Hurricanrana and my Bicycle Kick.

LS: Have you ever been injured in the ring?
DD: Don’t want to jinx myself, but nothing serious.

LS: Who have been your toughest opponents?
DD: Definitely Tessa Blanchard, Mia Yim aka Jade, and Marti Bell

LS: And who are your allies?
DD: Right now, I’m a lone wolf, but you never know who I’ll team up with in the future!

LS: What has been your most memorable win?
DD: They’ve all been very memorable, but probably my win over Savannah Evans.

LS: What was your worst loss?
DD: Probably my loss to Tessa Blanchard at the ECWA Super8 Chickfight tournament in 2015.

LS: Who is the one wrestler you would most like to face in the ring, but haven't yet?
DD: Trish Stratus!!!

LS: What type of match do you enjoy the most?
DD: I love all forms of wrestling, but I love to watch technical matches!

LS: What is so special about this sport to you?
DD: Being able to travel and wrestle others from all over the world, and make friends.

LS: Tell us, what are your fans like?
DD: I think they are the greatest in the world! They are so sweet, always show support, and they motivate me to be my best.

LS: If you had the power, what one thing would you do to improve the sport?
DD: Ummm…I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.

LS: Where have you wrestled, and what titles have you held?
DD: I haven’t help any titles yet , but I’ve wrestled in North Carolina (of course), New Jersey, Indiana, Ohio, and more soon to come!

LS: What was your most unforgettable moment in the sport?
DD: Wrestling in the ECWA tournament against Tessa Blanchard because that was my first match for any wrestling promotion!

LS: What would you do if you couldn't be in wrestling?
DD: I don’t even want to think about that, but right now I’m in school to be a counselor, and hopefully go into adoption counseling.

LS: If you were only able to wrestle one more match in your career, who would you most like to face?
DD: Trish Stratus again!

LS: What is your personal motto?
DD: “Do you, boo! Do.You.”

LS: What would make you most happy in life?
DD: To have a lifetime supply of French fries and Oreos! And to be successful!

LS: Thanks so much for speaking with us! Any last words you’d care to share?
